So today I will show you how to access the clipboard on iPhone and Android.

How to Access Clipboard on iPhone

The answer is that iPhone doesn’t have a clipboard to let you check what you’ve copied.

Instead, to access the clipboard on your iPhone, go to notes and paste what you’ve copied from other places.

This will help you to know what is the last text or link you’ve copied.

However, the iPhone clipboard can let you copy and paste only one item, and it doesn’t save more than one text or link.

So there is another way to do it, which is by downloading the “SwiftKey” keyboard to get access to the full functionality of the clipboard on your iPhone.

1.Download the SwiftKey app

First, go to the app store and download the SwiftKey keyboard app.

Keep in mind that there are a lot of other clipboard applications like “Clips Board”, “Clipboard++” and more.

But the SwiftKey keyboard has a lot of functionality such as GIFs images from the GIPHY website.

Also, the Clipboard option is available to save or delete what you’ve copied and checked all text and links.

2.Enable the SwiftKey keyboard on your iPhone

Then tap on “General” and the new page tap “Keyboard”.

Now tap on “Keyboards” and you will be redirected to the keyboards page.

You will see after that SwiftKey is added to your keyboard list.

Tap on the SwiftKey keyboard and allow full access to your iPhone to use the clipboard feature.

3.Copy any text from anywhere

Go to the place that you want to copy a text from, then copy the text.

So long tap on the text to select it then tap on “Copy”.

Then, your text will be copied to your SwiftKey clipboard, so you can access it later on your iPhone.

4.Access clipboard on your iPhone using the SwiftKey

You can do it by tapping on a place where you can write something like your notes for example.

Then the keyboard will open, so tap on the small “Clipboard” icon.

A new page will open on the keyboard where you can see the last text or link you’ve copied.

So tap on “Save” to save the text on your clipboard if you want.

Then you can copy another text to save it on the clipboard.

You can also delete the text or link from your clipboard history by tapping on “Edit” then tapping “Delete”.

How to Access Clipboard on Android

To access the clipboard on Android, open your phone’s keyboard, then tap on the small “Clipboard” icon.

Then you will see all the text and links you’ve copied into your clipboard.

Usually, the clipboard comes with the majority of Android phones’ default keyboards.

But if you can’t find the clipboard on your phone then, you have to download the SwiftKey app.

To be able to access your clipboard on your Android phone, also on iPhone.

1.Download the SwiftKey app

For Android phones, there are a lot of clipboards apps such as “Clipper” and “Clipboard Action & Notes”.

So you can use them if you want.

2.Add the SwiftKey keyboard as default on Android

Now you will what the “Default Keyboard” on your android phone.

Then disable the other keyboards to get access to the clipboard on your Android, like on the iPhone settings.

3.Copy any text from anywhere

You can also copy links and copy multiple things.

Which will make it visible for you when you access the clipboard on your Android phone.

So, Android lets you copy multiple texts and save them on your clipboard automatically.

Which iPhone doesn’t, but you can also save them on iPhone manually.

4.Access clipboard on your Android using the SwiftKey app

Then tap on the small “Clipboard’ icon on the SwiftKey keyboard.

Now you will see all the text and items that you’ve copied.

So you can pin them or delete them or paste them.

When you copy a text or a link using your iPhone, it will be copied one time only, and you can save it manually.

But when you use your Android, you can copy multiple times, and it will be saved automatically.

So it’s easy to access your clipboard on both iPhone and Android when you use the SwiftKey keyboard.

However, you can copy images and links as well, and send GIFs easily.
