1.Open Instagram Settings

So to start again, you need to tap on the “Avatar” option again.
Then tap on “Get Started” when you open the new page.
After that, you can pick your desired skin color, and tap on “Next”.
On the next page, you need to select the hairstyle and start customizing the other variants to apply the new changes to your avatar.

To make your Instagram avatar a female, you need to customize the options that are expressive of the gender.
