First, open your Instagram profile page, then tap on the “Three Horizontal Lines” icon at the top right of your screen.
After doing so, a menu will slide up from the bottom of the screen.
On the menu, there are multiple options.

2.Go to “Recently Deleted”
When the new page, loads up, you’ll see a lot of options there.

Then tap on the “Three Dots” to open the new menu.

After that, the Reels will get back to their recent place.

However, there is a delay for any deleted video or Reels which is 30 days.

Where Do Restored Reels Go?
