When you adjust the placement of the sound, you can simply upload the video.
1.Add your video to CapCut
Open the CapCut app, and tap on the “+ New Project” to add a new video.
If this is the first time you know about the CapCut app, you can download it for Android or iPhone.
After tapping on the “+ New Project” a new page will show up with all of your gallery videos.
You can switch between “Videos, Photos, Live Photos” in the menu at the top of the screen.
To select your video, you need to tap on the empty circle near the video.
Additionally, you can add multiple clips by tapping on each one of them.
Then tap on “Add” when you finish.
2.Add your sound
After you tap on “Add” and upload your video to CapCut, you need to add your sound first.
To add a new sound, tap on the “Audio” icon at the bottom menu of the page.
Then a new menu will show up in the same place.
On that menu, you need to tap on “Sounds” to add a sound.
After that, a new page will open, so you can select your preferred sound by tapping on the “+” button.
Alternatively, you can tap on “Sign in with TikTok” to get your favorite TikTok sounds.
When you select your sound, you can then start it later on the video timeline.
3.Shift the sound to the desired place
Now that you’ve added the sound on the CapCut timeline, you’ll see it below the video.
To start the sound later on your TikTok video, tap and hold the sound timeline then drag it to the right or left to add it to the desired place.
After choosing the place, tap again on the sound timeline.
Then you’ll be able to trim the video by tapping on its corner and dragging them to adjust the duration of the sound and cut it.
When you finish editing, and you’re ready, tap on the “Share” icon at the top right of the screen.
Then tap on “Share to TikTok” to post your video.
How To Add Sound to the End of a TikTok
To add sound to the End of your TikTok video, you need to scale the sound timeline by tapping and holding it, then drag it to the end of the video on CapCut.
After doing so, you can cut the unwanted part of the app.
1.Add your sound on CapCut
On the CapCut app, you need to add the sound first.
When you add your sound, you’ll need to tap and hold it to drag it to the end to start it later on your TikTok video.
After that, you’ll have to cut the rest of the unwanted parts.
2.Scale it to the end of the video
Now that you’ve added the desired sound, tap and hold it.
Then you will be able to drag it to the right or left in order to adjust its place.
When you drag it to the end of the video in the desired place, you need to trim the unwanted part.
To do so, tap on the sound again and trim the unwanted part by dragging the corners of the sound timeline.
Then publish your video by tapping on the “Share” icon at the top of the screen.
How To Cut Sound on TikTok
To cut a sound on TikTok, you need to tap on the “Add Sound” button on the TikTok camera page, then select your sound to start cutting it later.
Once you select the sound, you’ll be able to completely trim your sound.
However, you need to know that if you choose to record a 60 seconds video, you’ll have to get a 2-minute sound to be able to cut a 60 seconds part as the length of your video.
Now if you have a 15 seconds video, you can choose a 60 seconds sound and then trim 15 seconds from the video, which is easier.
1.Tap on “Add Sound”
On your TikTok camera page, tap on the “Add Sound” button at the top of the screen.
Then the sound page will show up.
You can start selecting your preferred sound.
When you find your desired sound, tap on it one time only.

3.Cut the sound using the “Scissors”
After tapping on the “Scissors” icon, a new page will show up.
This page is the sound editing page.
To cut the sound, you need to drag the timeline until you find the right part to start capturing your TikTok video.
Then tap on “Done”.
4.Record your TikTok
When you’ve tapped on “Done” you’ll get back to the camera page.
On the camera page, capture your TikTok video and the sound will start playing.
After that, finishing capturing your video, you need to tap on the “Verified” icon to post your video on TikTok.
When you add a sound to your TikTok videos, this will increase your chance to get recognized by the algorithm.
